Returns Policy

Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 48 hours of receipt.

To return goods for any reason please call or email to request a returns authorisation number, which should be displayed on the parcel. Goods without a returns authorisation number will not be accepted. A full description of the fault/reason for return should be included in the parcel. All returns should be shipped via a traceable method.

The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by Rayo Lighting. The cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, or missing, will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.

PLEASE NOTE: World of LEDs strip lights: Lengths cut to order cannot be accepted for refunds unless agreed prior to dispatch. Where we do agree to accept returns a 25% handling charge will be applied.

P & P will not be refunded if you choose to return the items that are not faulty or incorrect to order.

2 Years Warranty

All of our items are under a 2 year warranty, which means if you have a problem with your product within that time, then please return the product to us and we will replace free of charge.

All we ask is that you send the products back to us and we will replace straight away.
